Welcome to Argonne!

Photo of Wolfie eating.
On behalf of Principal Sheree Catingub, Staff, PTO, and Wolfie, we are delighted to have your family at Argonne. Soon you’ll find that you are part of an incredibly involved school, with caring and talented teachers and staff, and a supportive engaged parent community.

Get Connected

  1. Activate your ParentVUE account to access report cards, update contact information, and receive SFUSD and school communication from Principal Catingub
  2. Register for Konstella and join your child’s classroom
  3. Fill out the PTO Family Information Sheet to receive our monthly newsletter, The Argonne Howler (all parents are automatically members of our PTO - woohoo!)

New Family Welcome: Coffee Klatch and Tour

Join us on Friday, April 29 at 7:50am at the front of the school (on 18th Ave entrance). Grab a cup of coffee and meet with Principal Catingub. Then breakout into smaller groups for a quick tour around school led by our parent volunteers.

Kindergarten: Tips for the First Day of School

A week or two before the start of summer session, you’ll receive a mail post from the school district with your child’s classroom assignment. Your child’s teacher will reach out with any specifics.

Arrival: we encourage families to walk to school and get there early, as there is limited parking. Kindergarteners will enter the schoolyard at the Cabrillo gates between 17th and 18th Ave.

Dismissal: parents/guardians will wait at the Kindergarten Yard entrance on 18th Ave for pick up.
