Yearbook

Call For Photos

Where do we get all the yearbook photos? From YOU!
Aside from student's school portraits, the yearbook photos are 100% community-sourced. We ask parents and caregivers to submit photos by uploading to Treering or sending to us at [email protected]. We’re looking for photos of class activities, field trips, Pawpalooza, Field Day, Halloween, sports events, etc. We know you take pictures at all of these things -- remember to upload them and have them printed in the yearbook!

How to Upload

Upload your photos by logging into Treering.com and finding “School Photos” or directly at this link. If possible please tag the photos with your child's name, or at least a room number or teacher name. This helps us immensely with making sure all kids are represented in the book at the end of the year. In addition to folders set up for each class and each grade, so far, we have folders for: Summer Stroll, Back to School Night, Argonne Athletes, Pawpalooza, Field Day, Halloween and Winter Warble.

How to Order

Pre-orders help raise money for Argonne so get your orders in now! If you order before the end of October, you’ll also get a 10% discount (regular price is $27 for softcover). Don’t worry – you have until April to create your custom pages or cancel/change your order!
1.  Log into Treering
  • Previous users: log on to Treering.com and use the same username and password. Select your child’s teacher for this school year.
  • New Users: go to treering.com/validate and use the Argonne passcode: 1013493795222228. Add your child’s name, grade and teacher for this school year.

2  Look for the buttons “Explore Yearbooks” or “Purchase Yearbooks”, then add to cart and check out! (You can create your free custom pages and order additional pages any time before the yearbook goes to print in April).

FAQs

How does the Argonne Yearbook work?
We partner with Treering to produce our yearbook. We work on it throughout the year and send it for print towards the end of the school year. Yearbooks that are pre-ordered through the end of April will be delivered for free to school in May. A portion of every yearbook pre-sale goes back to Argonne!

What are custom pages?

Every yearbook order includes two free custom pages. These pages are individual to your own yearbooks -- so you can fill them with whatever photos or content you like. Additional custom pages can be added for 99 cents per spread -- cheaper than making your own photo book! You have until the end of April to design your custom pages.

Who designs the Yearbook cover?

Argonne students do! In the spring, we kick off a cover art contest. All students are invited to submit entries. Two winners are selected -- one for the front cover and one for the inside cover page. Finalists are displayed on the back cover.

Do you need volunteers?
Yes – the Yearbook is totally parent-run! Yearbook work really kicks off in February. Each class needs an editor -- someone who is familiar with the students in that class to gather, organize and layout the photos for that class, as well as the shared grade pages. A signup sheet will go out in February -- or send an email to let me know you are interested!

How else can I support the Yearbook?
  • Pre-order your yearbook now!
  • Upload photos!
  • In February, get your kids excited to do a cover art submission and sign up to be a yearbook editor!
