On-site After-School Programs

On-site Enrichment Programs (after school)

There are several on-site, after-school enrichment programs that families can sign up for. These are offered on specific days for typically one hour each and do not provide full after-school care. Students will go directly from their class at the end of the school day to the enrichment program. After the enrichment program, students will either get dismissed to a parent/care-taker, or join their after-school program until 6pm.

Spanish Classes: Manos is a local Spanish and Art studio for kids in the Outer Sunset, San Francisco. Manos strives to provide real-life, inquiry-based, art explorations while learning Spanish. They have adopted a program for Argonne to bring that same ethos to build an after school Spanish program.  Manos creates a space where children can learn Spanish through experiences while fostering their curiosity and independence. Older students will learn grammar and focus on vocabulary as they build practical conversational skills. As they progress, students will learn sentences in the past, present, and future tenses.
